Yamaha Wave Raider 701-760 / Wave Runner 701-760 Steering Nozzle Extension +50mm Fiberon PET-GF15 High Strength Edition NAM Performance

$124.99

Upgrade the steering response of your Yamaha WaveRaider or WaveRunner with the NAM Performance +50mm Clamp-On Steering Nozzle Extension – Fiberon™ PET-GF15 High-Strength Edition.

This premium version is manufactured from Fiberon™ PET-GF15, a glass-fiber-reinforced engineering material selected for increased stiffness, improved dimensional stability, better heat resistance, and greater resistance to long-term deformation compared with standard PETG.

This is a clamp-on extension that installs over the outlet of your existing factory steering nozzle. It does not replace the complete steering nozzle. The extension is held securely in place using the included stainless-steel clamp, allowing for a straightforward installation without removing the factory pivot hardware or disconnecting the steering linkage.

The +50mm extended design provides a quicker, sharper, and more aggressive steering response while requiring less movement at the handlebars. It is an excellent upgrade for riders looking for improved carving, tighter turns, and a more responsive handling feel.

Every NAM Performance nozzle extension is made to order and manufactured in Upstate New York.

PRIMARY FITMENT

Designed for compatible stock-style steering nozzles found on:

• Yamaha WaveRaider Deluxe 700 / 701
• Yamaha WaveRaider 760
• Yamaha WaveRunner 701

Fitment is based on the design of the factory steering nozzle and surrounding components. Different years, previous repairs, aftermarket nozzles, trim systems, and reverse systems may affect compatibility.

Please contact NAM Performance with your watercraft’s exact model, year, and a clear photo of the stock steering nozzle if you are unsure about compatibility.

Models equipped with a reverse bucket, trim ring, or other hardware positioned directly behind the steering nozzle may require additional clearance verification.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• One NAM Performance +50mm Fiberon PET-GF15 clamp-on steering nozzle extension
• One stainless-steel mounting clamp

The factory steering nozzle, jet pump, watercraft, and any other components shown in the listing photos are not included.

INSTALLATION

1. Inspect and clean the outside of the factory steering nozzle.

2. Slide the NAM Performance extension completely over the factory nozzle outlet.

3. Position the included stainless-steel clamp inside the recessed clamp channel.

4. Confirm that the extension is straight, correctly positioned, and fully seated against the factory nozzle.

5. Tighten the clamp evenly until the extension is firmly secured. Do not overtighten or use power tools to tighten the clamp.

6. Turn the handlebars fully in both directions and confirm that the steering system moves freely without interference.

7. Verify that the extension does not contact the reverse bucket, trim ring, hull, or any surrounding components before operating the watercraft.

Inspect the extension and clamp before every ride. Recheck the clamp after the first ride and periodically throughout the riding season.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This is an aftermarket performance product. Proper fitment, installation, tightening, inspection, and operation are the responsibility of the purchaser and operator.

Do not operate the watercraft if the extension is loose, damaged, cracked, improperly positioned, or interfering with the steering, trim, or reverse systems.

Always verify full steering movement before launching the watercraft.

Aggressive steering response may require an adjustment period. Operate the watercraft cautiously until you are familiar with the change in handling.
