This is the premium high-strength version of our NAM Performance extended steering nozzle for Kawasaki JS300, 300SX, JS400, JS440, JS550, and 550SX models, manufactured from Fiberon™ PET-GF15 engineering-grade filament for customers demanding maximum durability and long-term reliability in harsh marine environments.
This all-new +20mm extended steering nozzle design is built to reduce your watercraft’s turning radius. That means quicker steering response with less range of motion required at the handlebars, helping improve overall control, steering feel, and maneuverability on the water.
Unlike our standard PETG version, the High Strength Performance Edition is built using 15% glass fiber reinforced PET, providing improved heat resistance, creep resistance, stiffness, and long-term dimensional stability.

Important Material Note

Installation Instructions
You will need heat to melt the rivnut into the control arm. I recommend a blowtorch, although a soldering iron may also work.
Keep a small cup of water nearby to cool the hot threads after installation.
Thread the rivnut onto a bolt about one turn, then heat it for approximately 3–5 seconds.
Carefully press the hot rivnut into the bottom of the arm so the threads sit even with the top.
Quickly unthread the bolt and splash the arm with water to set the threads in place.
I also recommend chasing the remaining holes with a drill bit to clean them up.
Your nozzle is now ready for use.
